Shipping & Returns

The products in your order and the delivery location determine how much shipping will cost. You can find the prices for each speed option at checkout and on product pages.

 

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options based on your location and order size. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Economy: Delivered within 8-10 business days*.

  • Standard: Delivered within 6-8 business days*.

  • Express: Delivered 3-5 business days*.

  • Store Pickup: FREE (Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.)

    Store opening hours: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30.

 

* Production and shipping are included in all delivery periods shown above. Please be aware that each product has a different production schedule, and your order will be shipped as quickly as possible for each option. Orders placed after 6 p.m. ET will be delivered the following business day.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order. For reference, below are the general rates:

  • Economy: $14.99.

  • Standard: $19.99.

  • Express: $29.99

  • FREE Shipping: FREE shipping on orders above $149 before taxes

 

Additional fees may be applied to shipping costs for the following items:

 

Shipping packaging: Mailer boxes, shipping boxes, flat shipping boxes, packaging tape, poly tape, poly mailers, compostable poly mailers, BoxUp stock mailer boxes, BoxUp stock shipping boxes, BoxUp stock square mailer boxes, BoxUp stock gable boxes and BoxUp stock flat shipping boxes.

Signs & banners: Roll-up banners, A-frames, Step & Repeat Banners, car top signs, Pop-up tents, Flags, vinyl banners, magnet signs.

Door & desk signs: Plastic door signs, engraved door signs.

3. In-Store Pickup Option

Any product you choose to pick up in-store will be available for pickup at our store between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, once the order is designated as ready for collection. For in-store pickup, there are no shipping fees.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following locations:

Canada Only

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international addresses outside of the regions listed.

 

Certain items and locations offered by Hai Signs and Print might not be suitable for every shipment speed. Your order can be divided into numerous packages if it contains items with varying shipping times. By doing this, you can avoid postponing items that could be delivered sooner.

Depending on the items in your cart, you will be able to select different shipping speeds. For example, you can select this option if some of your purchases are eligible for expedited shipping. You simply have to choose and pay for one speed.

Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email. We will show you how your order will be divided and the approximate delivery date.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the status of your item as soon as it ships. Please allow tracking information up to 24 hours to update.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Once the order has been completed and/or sent, returns are not possible due to the nature of the goods. Within one (1) business day after receiving the product, any written claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be submitted. Only orders that were processed improperly will be replaced. Only after the items that were returned are received will the order be replaced. If we find that the buyer misused or handled the order improperly, or if the buyer utilized part of the item and part of it is being returned, we won't replace the order. If the client has already authorized the proof at the time of order submission, there will be no refunds or returns for spelling, colour, or image errors.
